Step 1: Assessment
When you book a consultation for the first time, we start with an intake and assessment. Most clients then return every 3-4 weeks, but it is also possible to work independently without further guidance. Regardless, the guidance always starts with an intake and assessment: we present the holistic theory. We look at your medical history, current diet and any health complaints, behavior, sleep, stress and exercise. I create the treatment plan based on the holistic theory.
Step 2: Discovery phase
In the discovery phase you start working with the personal nutrition schedules and variation lists from the treatment plan. You will learn and discover which nutrients saturate you, give you energy, when you may need more food and when less. If you have health problems, you will discover which foods worsen or reduce them. In the discovery phase we prepare you to move to the intuitive phase.
Step 3: Intuitive phase
In the discovery phase you learned what works and what doesn't work for you and how to get the necessary nutrients, but you still worked within frameworks: namely the nutritional schedules. In the intuitive phase we work less and less with the nutritional schedules and you learn to listen to your body's signals again. With the knowledge acquired from the discovery phase and my guidance, you will be able to follow a nutritious diet without any schedules at the end of this phase.
Online coaching
In addition to physical consultations, it is possible to be guided online.
Online coaching offers more contact moments and is therefore a perfect tool to keep you on track.
The duration of the coaching is at least three months, in order to build new routines and break old patterns.
